This Privacy Statement (“Privacy Statement”) explains how Milo’s Academy (“Milo’s Academy,” “us,” “our,” and “we”) uses your information and applies to all who use our Web site – www.anatomyland.com - Milo’s Academy’s electronic services, social networking sites, interactive features, online services, or any of our described online activities we own or control (collectively, “AnatomyLand”). This Privacy Statement is incorporated in our Terms of Use, which also apply when you use AnatomyLand.
By using AnatomyLand, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with the practices described in this Privacy Statement, please do not provide us with your personal information or interact with AnatomyLand.
We may modify this Privacy Statement at any time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by means of notice on AnatomyLand prior to the change becoming effective. 1. Types of Information We Collect
We will collect information, including personal information and non-identifying Information, when you interact with us and AnatomyLand, for example when you:
access or use AnatomyLand;
register, subscribe, or create an account with AnatomyLand;
open or respond to our e-mails and notifications;
contact customer service or use other customer support tools;
provide information to enroll or participate in other programs provided on behalf of, or together with, business partners;
visit any page online that displays our ads or content;
purchase products or services on or through AnatomyLand;
connect or link to AnatomyLand via social networking sites;
post comments, create companies, create promotions, review companies or promotions to AnatomyLand; and provide information to our vendors.
This Privacy Statement does not apply to the collection of information in any way other than as listed above.
2. Your Choices
We think that you benefit from a more personalized experience when we know more about you and what you like. However, you can limit the information you provide to AnatomyLand, and you can limit the communications that AnatomyLand sends to you.
(a) Commercial E-mails
You may choose not to receive commercial e-mails from us by following the instructions contained in any of the commercial e-mails we send. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from commercial email messages, we may still e-mail you non-commercial e-mails related to your account and your transactions on AnatomyLand.
(b) Cookies and Tracking
You may manage how your browser handles Cookies by adjusting its privacy and security settings. Browsers are different, so refer to instructions related to your browser to learn about cookie-related and other privacy and security settings that may be available. Currently, we do not alter our data collection and use practices in response to Do Not Track signals.
In the future, we may use non-identifiable information to directly serve you interest-based ads on third party websites. If we were to do so and if you prefer not to receive interest-based ads from AnatomyLand on third party sites, you can click on the AdChoices icon in the ad, which will direct you to your AnatomyLand AdChoices page where you can opt-out of receiving interest-based ads served by AnatomyLand.
(c) Device Data
You may manage how your mobile device and mobile browser share certain device data with AnatomyLand, by adjusting the privacy and security settings on your mobile device. Please refer to instructions provided by your mobile service provider or the manufacturer of your device to learn how to adjust your settings.
3. How AnatomyLand Uses Information
We use information collected as described in this Privacy Statement to:
Operate, maintain and improve AnatomyLand and our services, and other programs;
Provide you with interest-based ads and offers for products and services from us and participating business partners;
Facilitate and fulfill orders placed on AnatomyLand and other programs, including tracking redemption of credits;
Evaluate your eligibility for certain types of offers, products or services that may be of interest to you, and analyse advertising effectiveness;
Answer your questions and respond to your requests;
Perform analytics and conduct customer research;
Communicate and provide additional information that may be of interest to you about AnatomyLand and our business partners, sometimes by combining your information with information from other sources;
Send you reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, support and administrative messages, service notifications, marketing messages, and requested information, including on behalf of business partners;
Administer rewards, surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or other promotional activities or events sponsored by us or our business partners;
Manage our everyday business needs, such as administration of AnatomyLand, administrative management, fulfillment, analytics, fraud prevention, and enforcement of our corporate reporting obligations and Terms, or to comply with the law;
Allow you to post content or sign up for special offers from merchants, business partners, or third parties through AnatomyLand and other programs, and to
Enhance other information we have about you directly or from other sources to help us better understand you and determine your interests.
We also may use information collected as described in this Privacy Statement with your consent or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
4. When and Why AnatomyLand Discloses Information
We may share your personal information as required or permitted by law:
with any AnatomyLand affiliate who may only use the personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement;
with our vendors to provide services for us and who are required to protect the personal information;
to report or collect on debts owed to us or our business partners;
with relevant business partners:
with whom we jointly offer products and services;
to facilitate a direct relationship with you, including in connection with any program we administer on behalf of the business partner;
to enable electronic communications with you as part of purchase, reward, offer, contest, program, or other activity in which you have elected to participate;
to the extent you have purchased or saved and redeemed a AnatomyLand promotion, goods or services offered by AnatomyLand or a business partner or participated in an offer, reward, contest, credits or other activity or other programs sponsored or offered through AnatomyLand or behalf of that business partner;
with a purchaser of AnatomyLand or any of the AnatomyLand affiliates (or their assets);
to comply with legal orders and government requests, or as needed to support auditing, compliance, and corporate governance functions;
to combat fraud or criminal activity, and to protect our rights or those of our affiliates, users, and business partners, or as part of legal proceedings affecting AnatomyLand;
in response to a subpoena, or similar legal process, including to law enforcement agencies, regulators, and courts in Thailand and other countries where we operate; or with your consent.
We encourage business partners to adopt and post privacy policies. However, their use of personal information obtained through AnatomyLand is governed by their privacy policies and is not subject to our control.
We may also disclose non-Identifiable information:
for the same reasons we might share personal information;
with business partners for their own analysis and research;
to facilitate targeted content and ads; or
with third-party ad-servers to place our ads and/or ads of our merchants or business partners on AnatomyLand and on third-party sites, and to analyze the effectiveness of those ads.
We do not share personal information with third-party ad-servers; however, third-party ad-servers may automatically collect non-identifying information about your visit to AnatomyLand and other websites, your device address, your internet service provider and the browser you use to visit AnatomyLand. They do this by using cookies, clear gifs and other technologies. Information collected may be used, among other things, to deliver advertising targeted to your interests and to better understand the usage and visits to AnatomyLand and the other websites tracked by these third parties. This Privacy Statement does not cover the collection methods or use of the information collected by third-party ad-servers, and Red Anchor is not responsible for Cookies or clear gifs in third party ads.
5. How AnatomyLand Collects Information
You provide us with your personal information when you register, subscribe, create an account, make a purchase, or otherwise when you provide us with your personal information during your interaction with AnatomyLand and other programs. We also collect personal information when you contact us online for customer service and other support using self-help tools, such as email, text, or by posting to AnatomyLand.
We also receive personal information and other online and offline information from other sources. AnatomyLand will use such information in accordance with applicable laws. Such information, when combined with personal information collected as provided in this Privacy Statement, will also be handled in accordance with this Privacy Statement. We also use cookies, tags, web beacons, local shared objects, files, tools and programs to keep records, store your preferences, improve our advertising, and collect non-identifying information, including device data and your interaction with AnatomyLand.
6. Security of Personal Information
AnatomyLand has implemented an information security program that contains administrative, technical and physical controls that are designed to reasonably safeguard personal information. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. 7. Accessing and Correcting Personal Information
You can access, update and delete your, information, you provided to us by managing this information through your AnatomyLand account. Keeping your personal information current helps ensure that we offer you the offers that are most relevant to you.
We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and to maintain a record of your transactions for financial reporting purposes.
If you want to deactivate your AnatomyLand account or have other questions or requests, please contact us at support@milosacademy.com. While we are ready to assist you in managing your subscriptions, deactivating your account, and removing your active profile, we cannot always delete records of past interactions and transactions. We will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Privacy Practices of Third Parties
This Privacy Statement only addresses the use and disclosure of information by Milo’s Academy through your interaction with AnatomyLand. Other websites that may be accessible through links from AnatomyLand and other programs may have their own privacy statements and personal information collection, use, and disclosure practices.
9. Children’s Privacy
Milo’s Academy does not intend that any portion of AnatomyLand will be accessed or used by children under the age of thirteen, and such use is prohibited. AnatomyLand is designed and intended for adults. By using AnatomyLand, you represent that you are at least thirteen years old and understand that you must be at least thirteen years old in order to create an account. To purchase the goods or services advertised through AnatomyLand . We will promptly delete information associated with any AnatomyLand account once we obtain actual knowledge that this account is associated with a registered user who is not at least thirteen years old.
10. Glossary of Terms
Affiliate means an entity owned, directly or indirectly, by Milo’s Academy.
Business Partners means, collectively, third parties with whom we conduct business, such as merchants, co-marketers, distributors, and resellers.
Cookie means a unique identifier, usually made up of small bits of text or code.
Device Data means information concerning a device you use to access, use, or interact with AnatomyLand, such as operating system type or mobile device model, browser type, domain, and other system settings, the language your system uses and the country and time zone of your device, geo-location, unique device identifier or other device identifier, mobile phone carrier identification, and device software platform and firmware information.
Non-Identifying Information means information that alone cannot identify you, including data from Cookies, Pixel Tags and Web Beacons, and Device Data. Non-Identifying information may be derived from personal information.
Other Programs means special programs, features and functionality on AnatomyLand or other co-branded websites with Business Partners that we reasonably control and that have special use terms applicable to such special programs, features and functionality.
Other Sources means sources of information that legally provide Milo’s Academy with your information, and which are outside the scope of this Privacy Statement at the time of collection.
Personal Information means information about you that specifically identifies you or, when combined with other information we have, can be used to identify you. This includes the following types of information:
Contact Information: your name, school, degree program, email addresses, telephone numbers, or other addresses at which you are able to receive communications.
Transaction Information: information you provide when you interact with us and AnatomyLand, such as the subscription packages you are interested in; and
Third-Party Ad-Servers means Vendors and other third parties that provide the technology to place ads on websites and track ad performance.
Vendors means, collectively, third parties that perform business operations on behalf of Milo’s Academy, such as transaction processing, billing, mailing, communications services (e-mail, direct mail, etc.), marketing, data processing and analytics, servicing, collections, or ad management.

Milo’s Academy, Inc.(hereinafter referred to as “Milo’s Academy”) including its subsidiaries and affiliates provide you, its Services (hereinafter referred to as “AnatomyLand”) under the following conditions. Please read the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to the following Terms & Conditions you may not enter or use AnatomyLand. If you continue to browse and use AnatomyLand you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use (which together with our privacy policy governs AnatomyLand) and its use by you in relation to AnatomyLand.
2. Information on AnatomyLand
While every effort is made to update the information contained on AnatomyLand, neither Milo's Academy nor any third party or data or content provider make any representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, opinions, any pricing information, research information, data and/or content contained on AnatomyLand (including but not limited to any information which may be provided by any third party or data or content providers) and shall not be bound in any manner by any information contained on AnatomyLand. Milo's Academy reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of AnatomyLand. No information shall be construed as advice and information is offered for information purposes only and is not intended for any other purposes. You and/or your company rely on the information contained on AnatomyLand at your own risk. If you find an error or omission at AnatomyLand, please let us know at support@milosacademy.com.
3. Trademarks
The trade marks, names, logos and service marks (collectively "trademarks") displayed on AnatomyLand are all registered and unregistered trademarks of Milo's Academy. Nothing contained on this AnatomyLand should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trade mark without the prior permission of Milo's Academy.
4. External Links
External links may be provided for your convenience, but they are beyond the control of Milo's Academy and no representation is made as to their content. Use or reliance on any external links and the content thereon provided is at your own risk. When visiting external links, you must refer to the terms and conditions of use for that external Website. No hypertext links shall be created from any Website controlled by you or otherwise to AnatomyLand without the express prior permission of Milo's Academy.
5. Membership
AnatomyLand is not available to any AnatomyLand members previously banned by Milo's Academy. Only one user is allowed on one active account. Breaching these conditions can result in account termination.
Milo's Academy on occasion will offer its AnatomyLand members promotions. In connection with these promotions, any user that receives Rewards (prizes, credits, gift cards, promotions or other benefits) from Milo's Academy through the use of multiple accounts, email addresses, falsified information or fraudulent conduct, shall forfeit any Rewards gained through such activity and may be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties by law.
By using AnatomyLand, you acknowledge that you are of the legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the US or another applicable jurisdiction. You agree to receive instructional and marketing emails from AnatomyLand from time to time to help improve your experience on AnatomyLand. You agree to provide true and accurate information about yourself when requested. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Milo's Academy has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse future use of its services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account.
6. Cancellation Due To Errors
Milo's Academy has the right to cancel an order at any time due to typographical or unforeseen errors that result in the product(s) on the site being listed inaccurately (having the wrong price or descriptions etc.). In the event a cancellation occurs and payment for the order has been received, Milo's Academy shall issue a full refund in the amount in question for the service or product.
7. Warranties
Milo's Academy makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding AnatomyLand, the information contained on AnatomyLand, you or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
Milo's Academy shall not be responsible for, and disclaims all liability for, any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company). This includes any loss as a result of, or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly to, your access and use of AnatomyLand, any information contained on AnatomyLand, you or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither Milo's Academy nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.
AnatomyLand and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Milo's Academy. Milo's Academy has the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services offered, including the subscription duration or the purchase price of the subscriptions in whole or in part for any reason, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to its AnatomyLand members. Milo's Academy may, among other things, withdraw, limit, or modify; increase and decrease the price for any subscription. By becoming a member of AnatomyLand, you agree that AnatomyLand will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification or discontinuance of services.
9. Indemnity
User agrees to indemnify and not hold Milo's Academy (and its employees, directors, suppliers, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and legal partners) from any claim or demand. Including reasonable attorneys’ fees, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to the user's membership account due negligent or wrongful conduct.
10. Use of the Website
Milo's Academy does not make any warranty or representation that information on AnatomyLand is appropriate for use in any jurisdiction other than the United States of America. By accessing AnatomyLand, you warrant and represent to Milo's Academy that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via AnatomyLand.
11. General
11.1 Entire Agreement. These AnatomyLand terms and conditions constitute the sole record of the agreement between you and Milo's Academy in relation to your use of AnatomyLand. Neither you nor Milo's Academy shall be bound by any expressed or implied representation, warranty, or promise not recorded herein. Unless otherwise specifically stated, these AnatomyLand terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between you and Milo's Academy in respect to your use of AnatomyLand.
11.2 Alteration. Milo's Academy may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices. You acknowledge that by visiting AnatomyLand from time to time, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant terms and conditions (the "current version") and, unless stated in the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version. You shall be responsible for reviewing the current version each time you visit AnatomyLand.
11.3 Conflict. Where any conflict or contradiction appears between the provisions of these AnatomyLand terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of AnatomyLand shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of AnatomyLand.
11.4 Waiver. No indulgence or extension of time which either you or Milo's Academy may grant to the other will constitute a waiver of or, whether by law or otherwise, limit any of the existing or future rights of the grantor in terms hereof, save in the event or to the extent that the grantor has signed a written document expressly waiving or limiting such rights.
11.5 Cession. Milo's Academy shall be entitled to cede, assign and delegate all or any of its rights and obligations in terms of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices to any third party.
11.6 Severability. All provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices are, notwithstanding the manner in which they have been grouped together or linked grammatically, severable from each other. Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to void, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as pro non-script and the remaining provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall remain in full force and effect.
11.7 Applicable laws. Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of California, in respect of any disputes arising in connection with AnatomyLand, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
11.8 Comments or Questions. If you have any questions, comments or concerns arising from AnatomyLand, the privacy policy or any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or the way in which we are handling your personal information please contact us at support@milosacademy.com
12. Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing Milo's Academy’s website AnatomyLand and/or completing the registration and subscriptions. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be modified or terminated by Milo's Academy without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights and Trademarks, Disclaimer, Claims, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Applicable Laws, Arbitration and General, shall survive any termination.
13. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled if their payments have not yet been made. Once subscriptions are activated for the user’s account, they are permitted to cancel the next auto-renewal payment and are not eligible to receive a refund for the unused portion of their subscription. Any refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within reason, we will do what we can to ensure customer satisfaction. Unless there is something wrong with the purchase of the subscription, we are generally unable to offer refunds.
14. Privacy
We shall at all times fully observe the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance ("the Ordinance") in collecting, maintaining and using the personal data of customers. In particular, we observe the following principles, save otherwise appropriately agreed by the customers:
14.1 Collection of personal data from members shall be for purposes relating to the provision of logistics services or related services.
14.2 All practical steps will be taken to ensure that personal data are accurate and will not be kept longer than necessary or will be destroyed in accordance with our internal retention period.
14.3 Personal data will not be used for any other purposes other than the data that were to be used at the time of collection or for purposes directly related thereto.
14.4 Personal data will be protected against unauthorized or accidental access, processing or erasure.
14.5 Members shall have the right for correction of their personal data held by us and that members’ request for access or correction will be dealt with in accordance with the Ordinance.
14.6 A member's personal data is classified as confidential and can only be disclosed by us where permitted by the Ordinance or otherwise legally compelled to do so.
